RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

When you shop with PFP Supply, our aim is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take great care to see that your order is processed and shipped in a smooth and timely manner. On occasion you may need to return or exchange an item and we do our best to accommodate your individual case. If for some reason you need to return a product, please refer to our return & exchange policy below for information on your specific items and instructions on how to make a return:

FITTINGS RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you need to return fittings for any reason, we can offer you a full refund within 30 days of when you received the item. We will credit you back according to your original form of payment and for the purchase price that you paid. We are unable to refund the charges associated with shipping and handling, and the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Currently, we only accept returns and exchanges on unused items. Items will incur a restocking fee of up to 25% of the price of the returned item. Items that are past the 30 days of receipt may be returned or exchanged at the discretion of our customer service team and subject to a 25% restocking fee. We are unable to return or exchange: pipe, fabricated items, PVC and CPVC duct parts, special orders, and clearance/discounted items.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you need to return one of our garbage disposal products for any reason, we can offer you a full refund within 14 days of when you received the item. We will credit you back according to your original form of payment and for the purchase price that you paid. We are unable to refund the charges associated with shipping and handling, and the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Currently, we only accept returns and exchanges on unused items. Some items including Moen Garbage Disposas, will incur a 15% restocking fee. Items that are past the 14 days of receipt may be returned or exchanged at the discretion of our customer service team and subject to a 25% restocking fee.

WATER HEATER RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Except for damage incurred during shipping or a warranty issue (which generally covers a period of up to 10 years), water heaters are unable to be returned or exchanged. On damaged items, we can offer a return within 14 days of receipt.

WARRANTY-RELATED RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you have a warranty-related issue with your merchandise or discover that it is defective, we may ask you to send the product back to the manufacturer in accordance with this warranty. One of our customer service representatives can help you with this process. Reimbursement of return shipping costs will be at the manufacturer’s discretion, subject to an inspection of the returned item.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To return or exchange your PFP SUPPLY product, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our customer support to register your refund/exchange and obtain the shipping address for the product return.

Step 2: If possible, repack the item in the original packaging or alternatively some other protective form of packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in good condition. Be sure to include a copy of the original invoice or your identifying information within the package and send this to the address given to you by customer service.

Step 3: Your return will be processed (allow for a minimum of 14 days) and the refund will be credited back to you.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Currently, we are unable to process returns on international orders.
